hey queen! it was always my understanding that instant coffee is dehydrated brewed coffee, not super finely ground beans. maybe you know something i don't?

Instant coffee is not coffee grounds. Instant coffee is made from freeze dried brewed coffee.

3teaspoons is 1 tablespoon! For some mornings doing 3 tsp really pmo but the 1 tbsp doesn’t. Hope this helps someone else too! 😂😡😂

And when the jar is empty you can use it as a cup 💕 but yes this is how I make my protein drink! Same instant espresso, pumpkin syrup, vanilla protein shake (Fairlife core power)

Add the espresso to the protein shake bottle and shake it all up then pour over ice. Easier to mix and no more clumps
