In my country there is no law for recording them but when you are making it public, it can get you in trouble when the person sues. Yes, celebrities don’t have that many rights like commoners but that doesn’t mean you can’t be sued and no judge will agree with them. People need to understand that the internet isn’t a law free space and actions have consequences.
