Heavy on the face the scale to the customer, the jewelry should not leave the customers sight. Ppl can get ugly fast and it’s not reassuring when you see other jewelry just laying about the scale

I've seent his happen with money too, they'll hand the cashier a 20 and get some change back after the sale and say wait I gave you a 50$ where's the rest?!?!? meanwhile the EXPERIENCED cashier NEVER put the 20$bill back in the register, left it on top of the til 😱🤯

Not jewelry, but similar story. I brought my phone to ATT to repair under warranty, it had no physical damage issues just wouldn't turn on. Employee took it around the back and returned and the phone was bent, like severally and noticably bent. They claimed I brought it in that way. Left a negative review but went nowhere, that person bent it for whatever reason.

thank goodness they were recording. the place I go has me sit down and do everything right in front of me showing me the numbers the whole time. and communicate the whole time i love them. but yellow gold goes up and down and typically isnt the most expensive item.

My husband gaved me a 26k diamond ring, went to the jewelry store to pick up my moms bracelet, and she complimented on my ring, said it was diamond and she asked if she can test it, she tested with a machine and said it was fake and that if she can take it to the back to put it inside a machine for further testing. I said NO lol yup I knew she was gonna steal my diamond
