You can do challenges on Apple Fitness. It allows you to compete against friends for points to help motivate each other but it also lets friends know if you haven’t moved at all during the day. So in my world today they would see 17,000 steps and yesterday nothing because I hung out in bed eating chips… balance I call it lol
