Who the heck is making money while paying these ridiculous prices for land now days. We own every acre we farm and I can promise you the guys renting land are making more money that what we are on the most recent land we purchased

Yes everyone’s path is different, we have been frugal and bought what we could just so happens it ended up being in the fastest growing county in Ohio and done several 1031s so now we own quite a bit but others shouldn’t compare.
