@withdnya: Scoop cookie dough dessert. My fyp has been flooded with this viral scoop cookie dough dessert from the Middle East so I immediately had to make it and it was so decadent. Scoops of super soft, gooey chocolate chip cookies topped with rich chocolate sauce, flakes of sea salt and icecream. Ingredients: * Butter: 100g (1 stick, softened) * Brown Sugar: 50g * White Sugar: 50g * Egg: 1 large * Flour: 158g * Cornstarch: 1½ tsp * Baking Soda: ½ tsp * Chocolate: 140g chopped 1. Cream butter and sugars. Mix in the egg and vanilla. 2. Fold in flour, cornstarch, and baking soda. 3. Fold in your chocolate chunks. 4. Scoop 6 equal size cookie dough balls 5. Freeze for 30 mins 6.
