Does having anxiety about past medical scares and thinking I was misdiagnosed also fall into this category? im to the point now where I want to self isolate, I can't concentrate and I check my body for anything and everything. Its so consuming 😔

been struggling for a few months with health anxiety, i wake up and im already so hyperaware of my vision and asking “is it fine yet” and then when its not i overthink about why its lasting this long even though i KNOW nothing is wrong with me

This was helpful! I’ve had fear of eating from a choking-like incident a couple of months ago. I’ve been healing everyday from it and doing better with eating but it bought me to tears when you said I will eat without fear I will eat without worry.
