@ahousetohomey: You’re a real one if you remember this DIY project 🤝🏼 Some FAQs about the painted fabric chair: • Did it last/did it peel? It never peeled or cracked! The fabric softens up the more the cushion is used. It held up for years before I swapped it out. • What does it feel like? It kind of feels like a faux leather! • Would I do it again? Eh 50/50. It’s a great upcycle project for a piece headed to the trash or something you plan to reupholster in the future. I wouldn’t do it on anything new. • Does it stain clothes? Nope! Ours never did & I sat on it with white pants. If you’re ever going to try it, make sure you don’t skip any of the steps! Y’all I’ve tried it before, don’t do it. The paint will dry really chalky and eventually look like crackle nail polish.
