Its not true that Guardiola had every tool and signings but Mourinho had to work with what he had. Guardiola used La Masia players to win 2 UCL’s and be a nightmare in Laliga and Europe. Mourinho had the best players at Real Madrid Galacticos and Chelsea was the best English team when he became the coach there and its not even close.

IMO Jose is best manager after SAF. Jose can do impossible thing like win UCL with Portu and can won a trophy after years of nothing, like winning UCL with Inter after 30+ years and win EPL with Chelsea after 60+ years. SAF is better cuz he build his team from nothing, when club was broke and he dominated in 3 different decade and generation.
