You do such a great job being on your own . I have been in a few camps throughout Oz ranging from 50 man - 250 and they have always had more than 1 chef but they never had such a great range as what you do. Don’t get me wrong I loved all the meals they made but your meals and lunches look absolutely delicious.💛✨💛

as a former fifo chef, just wondering how much preassure do you get to keep foodcosts down? whats the given budget these days ? on smaller camps i used to find it a lot cheaper to dice a leg of lamb for wet dishes than to buy in diced lamb.
