This seems very strange 🤯 I got mine through my father as he is Greek Cypriot. My mother is Italian. They were married before they had me but they are divorced now. I went with my father to Cyprus to the immigration office in Paralimni, I didn’t need my mother physically there, just a photocopy of her passport and proof of their wedding certificate, my birth certificate and my British passport. Have you tried doing it in Cyprus? It’s so much quicker than going to the Cypriot embassy in London so I’ve heard xx
