There’s not justification for the Husbands actions. But I’m sorry you lost me at he’s never been a step father to your son since he was 1. Marrying a man who had no interest in helping you parent from the very beginning was not putting your son first.

I will NEVER understand why people who don’t want children in their lives date people with children…..the kid is always going to come first and any major life decision will have to be made with the child in mind. You cannot separate child from parent. It’s a package deal.
