I just use dish soap, if it can get oil off of baby ducks, it can get food grease off my cabinets.

Quick clean with dilute dish soap. For heavy grease, use a bit of oil furniture polish to loosen the dried grease. Then clean with dish soap, or other degreaser. Make sure to rinse well.
