🥇 Research-based study hacks 🥇
1. Pomodoro Technique - doing short bursts of revision i.e. 25mins with short breaks then repeat.
2. Active recall - going over notes over time having spaced repetition, generally low AO1 questions I.e. definitions, diagrams.
3. Feynmann - rewriting the topics from memory as if you are teaching yourself or someone else, they say if you can explain it you have understood it well.
4. Pareto's Principle - learn 20% of the core content to better understand 80% of it.
