you have to look at the %daily values in those formulas. the % is extremely high and using both would be almost toxic for your liver.

I started January 12 and I looked in the mirror today and I already see small sprouts of hair starting to grow out of the top of my head which I did not have before. I’ve been taking pictures every couple days just to see if there’s any thickness my hair has been a lot stronger. I haven’t seen as much fallout. It has been shiny and softer, but I am still going on. I’ve been consistent, but I do see new sprouts of growth in my head. It’s very very tiny but I see them they’re about a couple centimeters.
