I cracked my window to give license for "suspension" sleeping at closed business. While debating legality of" investigation" I rolled window down. Officer claimed weapon in back seat; told me to get out of car. I refused, officer tried Opening locked driver's door, the reached inside my vehicle, unlocked my door and physically removed me from my car. I was searched but my vehicle was not. Law enforcement make up probable cause to illegally search and run identification looking to arrest.

simply ask them where they get authority over citizens.. whatever answe they give use that in a criminal case against the department

all checkpoints are a 4th ammendment violation. it doesn't matter who says what because they are. this is exactly why many (to bad not all) states have banned all form of checkpoints.
