It works for the first few tries but the wand doesn't reach the bottom so you don't get to use all the product. They dry out quickly too. Too bad, I really liked the first use.

If you slow it down, you can see the filter, or whatever they are using, on the wand. The glitter moves. Id guess they are actually using a green liner and editing the silver over later

as eyeliner they suck, however I use them in different ways. ill put some on my finger and put it on top of my lipstick or eyeshadow and sometimes ill use it as a glittery highlight or if im wearing certain tops ill put a little on my chest
