Clover roofing says hi m8 hope your well my main problem is the battery connector can easily be snapped. Seems to happen a lot because I carry mine around in my backpack. I 3-D printed some terminal covers that seems to be doing the job.

I haven’t had the issues with my batteries. But rubber on the drills do come loose. I like them. Middle of the range.. cheap enough to replace. I’m phasing mine out for 40v now.

Not sure how long they last but you can buy replacement battery stickers. Tried gluing them back on but now I can’t see how many bars my battery’s have without using two hands to press them 🤣
