OK, the law says you allow fugitive in your house knowing it has a warrant you could be also charged for hiding a fugitive. But then on the other hand, he lives there. He can kick down the door, even though he has a warrant for the arrest yeah that kinda don’t make sense. Sounds like police officers trying to throw his authority trying to be a lawyer instead of a cop, Mom, you were right should not be allowed in your house as long as you wanted that is the law that the federal law.

As a former Police Officer, If the son is breaking down doors and or damaging the door and it is proven he is responsible, he can be arrested for domestic violence as this falls under that law so long as the cops are called at the time of the incident. In this case, if the son is a minor, you CANT kick your kid out (legally, wink wink). If he is not a minor but has standing in the residence, meaning he has mail going there, belongings there and has established a residence there, the son would need to be evicted, however he really can't be kicking doors or causing property damage as this again would fall under domestic violence.

The state doesn’t want to deal with teenagers so they try to push the teen on the mother as much as they can.. and they’ll even threaten to arrest the mother. If your teen is out of control then you need to hold your ground. CPS only wants the little children.. they don’t want teens.. they know!

That’s not the law and if it is the cop can take care of him. Because he woul not be allowed in my house. Any teenage child that cannot obey the rules in my house cannot stay here. Especially if he’s violent and I have other children.

I dont believe he can legally kicked the door, there have been men arrested for domestic violence for kicking the door in when their wife locked them out; even though they live there too, and they never put a hand on the woman
