Highly recommend La Roche Posay Cicaplast Baume B5. It has zinc in it, but several other ingredients that are really good to your skin as well! Same texture as diaper cream, but It’s formulated to still allow your skin to breathe. And it’s dermatologist tested and confirmed to also be safe to use for babies, chemo patients, etc so it’s super sensitive skin friendly!

As an aesthetician I’m giggling because we can’t get you (not you specifically) to wear sunscreen with this in it - which is actually the superior option - but now this is happening at nighttime 🌙 😄

I use Vitamin E oil like its nobody's business, my face, hands, hair. Its soaks into your skin it doesn't sit on top, its a natural healer, it is the ONLY THING I have ever gotten to work for my sebroheic dermatitis! I haven't had a break out in 2 years!

As a tretinoin user, this is a miracle hack when skin is super irritated. Healing balms are great too but the zinc in diaper creams calms the skin so much and so quickly.
