how i personally broke my fear of islamic hell is realizing it's manmade :) for example the sirat bridge is a literal copy paste of the zoroastrian chinvat bridge (islam also copied it's 5 daily prayers from zoroastrianism and a buncha other things). islam is a mach up of rabbinic commentaries, syriac christian traditions and legends, apocryphal texts, lots of greek manuscripts, mostly galen (this is where the scientific errors come from) and a buncha other things. i hope this'll ease someones worries because i used to suffer from religious anxiety myself before researching this!
