this is me. imagine i’m the only one who created all the resources needed for the big project then the manager said i do not have an impact and not visible. OK! I’ll resign this week with the resources i did. Restricted it to all of them let’s see how they’ll start their day without it.

Relate much. I lost my spark because of a QA Lead who didn’t value my work. Imagine being told 'di ka namin ramdam' while hitting all targets. I finally submitted my resignation last Dec 30. Best gift to myself ever.

This is currently me. Micromanage however kept saying to me that I have to be proactive. When I am proactive I got scolded because jot consulting with her. When I freeze I’ve been telling I am to quite. So how am I supposed to act? 😫 I want to resign so bad however I have to pay for penalty since my contract has not been one year.

is it just me, my new company told me my working hour is mon-fri 815-545 but i keep getting work text after hours and weekends because they run 24/7. my manager know im new to industry but he act like im not and expect me know anything then when i purposely nvr respond to customer he warn me. my director only think bout making more money faster but he has no idea how bad his production people are😭😭
