What if I am strength training regularly, hitting cardio regularly, and have no symptoms or discomfort around menopause. Is it still best for me to get on an HRT? Osteoporosis does run in my family as we are petite.

I had a heart attack 100% blockage in my LAD and had a cardiac arrest and im 51 , this happened when I was 50 and the cardiologist took me off my HRT and said never take that again

I wish I had used HRT but like you said, it's use was discouraged when I went through menopause. In my 60's now with osteoporosis & vertebral spine fractures-no fun.
