The pot is too big and idk if you acclimated it from your ambient condition but mostly TC plants need 100% humidity before introducing them to our ambient condition😭😭 im praying for you Bulbasaur :))

The pot looks a little too big for it so maybe it’s retaining too much moisture? I would put it under a growlight to help it grow faster in the pot since it’s winter if you’re somewhere cold too

the 1-2 inch rule of thumb is only a rule of thumb, and applies mostly when it's already large. more accurate advice would be to increase the pot size by 20% each repot

you gotta wait for it to get root bound in a 2 inch pot first and then move a size up, monstera love being root bound so sorry for your loss.💔

atp take it off soil, cut all the root rot and put it in water under a grow light then pray.

The pot is too big. Try putting it in a smaller pot one size bigger than the one it was in. Use a chunky soil, I use half tropical soil mix and half orchid bark. Water every two weeks and keep under a grow light for 12 hours a day:) I saved my Thai con by doing this

I repotted my crème brûlées too soon and as soon as I saw it wilt I moved it back to a 50/50 perlite/stratum mix, back in the small cup with humidity dome, and I trimmed down the ends of the roots where it had dried up overnight. They perked back up and I cut the droopy leaves when I saw new growth starting. Hope it works!

This happened with me with my silver dragon I actually down sized my pot again and it’s in a 1.5 inch pot and THRIVING! Since your plant is so small I would reccomend the same and increase humidity

Pots way too big. The roots and medium aren’t drying out properly. That looks like it needs like a 2 inch pot, not 4. Check for root rot and remove. Water less

It’s prolly has root rot , also make a chunky soil I use fox farm and perlite with orchard bark , do 2 parts soil 1 part perlite 1 part orchard bark and if you need more just double the mix I gave you and put it in a smaller pot

When the pot is that big it holds more moisture than the plant needs. It’s being overwatered.
