@amnacooks3: Crispy Chicken Alfredo Pasta 🍝👩🏻‍🍳 Ingredients: 1 chicken breast, sliced thin (Seasoned with Salt & black pepper) Breading Station: ¼ cup all-purpose flour Seasoned with: -1 tsp paprika -1 tsp onion powder -1 tsp garlic powder -Salt & pepper 1 egg -Seasoned with onion powder -salt & pepper ½ cup Italian-seasoned panko breadcrumbs 2 cups vegetable oil 8 oz fettuccine pasta 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 3/4 cup chicken broth 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese ½ tbsp black pepper ½ tbsp onion powder 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped 1 tbsp lemon juice Instructions: -Cook the Pasta -Boil fettuccine in salted water according to package . -Slice 1 chicken breast thin and season with salt and pepper. -Coat chicken in flour, then egg, then panko, pressing gently so it sticks. -Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat. -Fry chicken until golden and crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F. -Remove and set aside. -In a separate pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. -Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. -Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well. -Mix in Parmesan, black pepper, onion powder, cilantro, and lemon juice. -Simmer 5–6 minutes, until thickened. -Toss pasta in the sauce until fully coated. -Top with sliced crispy chicken and serve 🤍 #chicken #pasta #homemadefood #lunch #dinner
