As a student dental hygienist, it definitely could be worth finding students in your area for periodontal therapy! VERY CHEAP (maybe free) and worth it. Instructors are watching and checking everything!!

get a water flosser, keep it in the shower, use daily. this does not replace the need for regular flossing....but it's better than nothing!
