Shopping list ✍️ * 250g chicken breast, diced * 1 tbsp turkish seasoning (I used Schwartz) * Squeeze of lemon juice * 2 handfuls of lettuce * 2 tomatoes, sliced * 20g red onion, sliced * A few green chilli peppers * 400g Maris Piper potatoes., cut into chips * 1 tbsp Chips Seasoning * 2 80g flatbreads (I used Deli kitchen) Optional - drizzle of garlic mayo 🧄 Method ✨ Season the chicken with the Turkish seasoning and a squeeze of lemon juice. Place onto skewers, spray with oil and air fry on 190C for 7 minutes. ✨ Flip then air fry again for a further 5-6 minutes or until cooked through. Season the chips cut the potatoes into chips then season with the chips Seasoning. ✨ Spray with oil then air fry on 200C for 15-20 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes until crisp.
