I feel like my issue is less breakage and just so much shedding 😭 it’s been a month that i’ve been relaxed and i completely dont touch my hair, i work from home so it’s always in a bonnet/ scarf( i do let my hair breathe a few hours a day), been washing it weekly, moisturizing every other day and i feel like im constantly just losing hair😭

Braids grow my hair really fast..And I would do aloe Vera fresh with coconut oil. helps and I do roller set and then wrap. Blow dry flat iron is once in awhile

man i just washed my hair last night fresh from braid i detangled it before but it still matt up and man i had to litterrally tear ot mi hair so it could detangle help me how mi fix it still at my shoulder lenght but breakage is inside
