@makaylasmuckerr: OVEN RICE 🍚 One of my favorite cooking hacks ever! I always use this method during meal prep sessions when I have multiple things cooking at the same time! Details: 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F 2. Coat a baking dish with spray oil 3. Add 1 part dry rice (wash first if you prefer!) 4. Add 2 parts liquid (water always works, or you can do stock or bone broth for added flavor/nutrients!) 5. Cover with foil and bake for 45 min to 1 hour! 6. If you start with boiling water/cover w foil right away and cook at 425, it can be ready in 20 minutes!

I do this, but make the rice with broth, and bake with bone in chicken thighs on top. 1 less dish, more flavor in the rice 🤤🤤
