I’ve been working some variation of a 12 hr schedule for almost 2 years and went to 5 8’s 5 weeks ago. Idk how people do this for years and years. I do like my job better and am happy to have every single weekend off and holidays off too but I really don’t think I’m going to do this forever 😂
