Unfortunately, like you said the elephant is still in the room in 2026!!! I weighed in at 220lbs before I started my health journey!! I am currently at 140lbs!! I must say, I feel so much better physically and mentally!! If this is something you have to do for you then I support you 1000%!!! You have to do you boo!!! I will be here with you whether you weigh 500lbs or 100lbs!!!!
