@caitlynskitchen: Crockpot Taco Soup Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef ½ white onion, diced 1 packet taco seasoning 1 packet ranch seasoning 10 oz frozen corn 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed 1 (15 oz) can chili beans (do not drain) 1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies 2 cups beef broth Directions: 1. In a skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess grease. 2. Add beef mixture to the crockpot. 3. Add taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, corn, pinto beans, chili beans, Rotel, and beef broth. Stir well. 4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours. 5. Stir and serve hot with your favorite toppings.
