Wow patient. I am on to going for bathroom/eating/scrolling/emails/notes etc. and breathing welcoming a break. 20 minutes later I will send an email to find out what happens and reschedule. I never sit there stressed.

I honestly wait it out the entire session duration. Email at 10 min into the session. If client hops on mid-late hour I still end the session on time & charge. So if my client got 15min of session time then so be it. If I don’t see them the whole hour it’s a no show charge. And within the time im there waiting I’ll do case notes or send emails so I don’t feel like my hour was spent doing nothing - it works for me 🙆🏾♀️

After 5 minutes I will just call to check, then again after 10minutes. Give them that 15 and hope they respond the the email
