why am I on this :
Plant potatoes in growbags, only about a third full of soil initially. As the plants grow more leaves and get taller, add in a few more inches of soil. Repeat this every few weeks until the bags are full. It encourages them to set more potatoes. Also pinch off the first set of flowers.

Maybe you could use a shovel to turn the soil to get all the potatoes. That’s what my grandma used to do.

I would have let them go longer till the plant died back. Mounding soil allows for more tendrils to grow more potatoes also. Nice looking though.
