I think you might be having adverse reactions to Botox! I had the same experience and the flare ups presented the same. Please look up or talk to your doctor about Botox poisoning

Illiyoon cream!!!! The best if you ever want another soothing cream. It was originally formulated for babies, is Korean, amazing for my reactive skin.
