It looks like you needed way more taken off than she did. Also, if the color isn’t what you want, I say just purchase box dye and have Neven help you apply it. Saves a lot of $ and you might like it better :)

Ask for a level four it’s going dark, but it’s not black. Definitely needs to be darker

Your hair fluctuates between the dark & light tones, becuase of the porosity in your hair, next time ask them to prep your hair with an equalizer first to fill your cuticles the so the colour is rich and even all over xx

You don’t need permanent color. They should be doing a semi permanent gloss bc you don’t have gray . Hair stylist here ✨ also I wonder what level they use. I would say you need a level 4 ✨

Do you have hard water? You may need Malibu wellness treatments. Mineral build coats the hair and make color act strange!

You are young. Cut your natural hair color grow in and stay away from the dye. Saves a lot of time, money and the health of your hair. Also no chemicals leeching into your body.
