Spent a week at the Monroe Institute doing the Gateway experience there in house. It was a pretty profound experience. I’m actually going back this year for the lucid dreaming class for a week in May. If you get an opportunity to visit and do a residential stay, definitely go.

I recommend reading “journeys out of the body” before the gateway tapes. Since Robert Monroe is who made them. It changed my life. 💙

I tried this with hopes of healing my body and getting out of my wheelchair and walking again. I did the first part and found it got increasingly difficult to do/remember and I felt like I was doing it wrong? I’m still in a wheelchair :(

I’ve tried the first few but then you are supposed to remember all the steps of the previous ones and I can’t remember! So I haven’t gotten far and haven’t experience anything yet 🥺 I read Bob Monroe’s book, his experience was wild. Poor guy was going thru all this in 50s/60s when no one was talking about this stuff.

I’ve done a lot a of the Monroe programmes, I first mastered Astral Projection trough their teachings (and others) but not saw much success with people doing the tapes?? Which ones specifically did you listen to. 🤔

On the second lesson right now. Getting the knack of shutting my body down while staying conscious. One of the times while I was slipping into it and my audio went static for a second and I saw a white light flash away. Pretty sure someone or something was watching me and I was about to get into the realm to be able to see them and they bolted. Crazy stuff
