The girl in the photo is Penelope Soto. This video went viral back in 2013 during a court hearing in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The Incident: She was originally in court for a drug possession charge. During the hearing, she was laughing and acting flippantly toward Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Chomat. The Escalation: When the judge set her bond at $5,000, she laughed and said "Adios." The judge then called her back and raised it to $10,000. The Famous Part: As she walked away, she flipped the judge off (showed him the middle finger) and shouted an insult. The judge immediately called her back and sentenced her to 30 days in jail for criminal contempt of court
