Their Salmon Taco Aburi was one of my favorites because of the seared torched salmon on the top and the crispy nori at the bottom (loved all the textures). Watami had a huge variety of food on their menu from chicken to Wagyu skewers and different Stone Pot dishes from salmon to beef along with different Tempura!
