They spotted a 2020 Toyota Corolla smashed into a ditch. They approached the driver, Kaitlyn Williamson. Officer Kennedy guided her from the car. Sergeant Gates asked her side of the story. Kaitlyn said she drove from Angry Bob’s, a Kenosha sports bar. As they talked, Sergeant Gates saw clear signs of drunkenness. She pressed on drinks that night. Kaitlyn owned up to two. Officer Jordan Haske pulled up soon to help. He grabbed the lead. Suspecting booze behind the wheel, he ordered sobriety tests. First came the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus check.
