Property lines are clear. They were probably using their driveway to get their boat in and out. That’s a risk you took.

I had something similar happened to me in San Diego about 25-30 years ago two houses had been relocated onto two adjacents lots where the access driveway was a shared driveway with the property line went right down the middle so we're talking about it a 22 ft wide driveway with the property line right down the middle My neighbor ran a small carpet laying business out of his garage and he used to roll the carpet down both drive both sides of the driveway to cut his carpet and I couldn't park my car in my driveway or get out of my driveway You got to the point where I would just roll right over the top of his carpet and some couple times I've parked on his carpet he wouldn't listen to me when I told him not to do that stuff it's my part of the driveway and on the opposite side of the driveway on his side there's a big ditch with a phone pole that was within a foot of the edge of his side of the driveway That's important One day he had a party and One of his guests ran over my wife's cat and they refused to pay the vet bill plus the fact that they were blocking my driveway I was at c at that time I've been gone for a week I'm in the Navy. I come back and find out about this presented $125 bill for the cat he refused to pay it I just looked down and like okay well let's see how you run your business in about a couple weeks and he goes what are you talking about you'll find out is what I said I took leave for 2 weeks but all the materials I put a chain link fence right down the middle of that driveway he couldn't give his carpet lane truck past that phone pole or power pole which was 30 ft away from his garage in order to offload his carpet he had to manually carry it 30 ft up a hill and down the hill talk about pissed he was pissed he took me to court I explained everything to the judge and the judge just looked at my neighbor and goes you should have paid the bill for that cat everything he did is legal it's on the property line he has a right to do that You're out of luck
