I just looked it up. As long as you don't have it publicly shared (anyone with the link) or use the "help me write tool" you'll be fine. They don't access your private files. But take that with a grain of salt or whatever the saying is because companies have a habit of lying. Ultimately, it's up to you if you trust that they're being truthful about this
