@saral3in_: The other day I was watching Culinary Class Wars on Netflix and saw Brewmaster Yun make these potato jeon and I had to try it with buldak! It’s like fries with buldak, so good 🔥 Ingredients: 2–3 potatoes, thinly sliced or grated 2–3 tbsp corn starch Salt to taste Oil for frying 1 pack Buldak ramen (cooked, with sauce) Mozzarella cheese 1. In a bowl, mix the sliced or grated potatoes with corn starch and a pinch of salt. 2. Heat a bit of oil in a pan and spread the potato mixture evenly to form a pancake. 3. Cook until golden, then flip. 4. Add the cooked buldak ramen and mozzarella on one half, then fold the jeon over. 5. Press gently and cook both sides until crispy and the cheese melts. 6.
