Cop here. hes not wrong. He could have been more tasteful but his frustration is legit. no one is a perfect driver...I have a personal policy not to write anything that i may do. if i have tints i dont write tint tickets...if my inspection was up i wouldnt write inspection. problem is when youre a rational human fair understanding officer.. you miss out on career advancement which is based off numbers.
