I have had this issue every day of my life for the last six years in my right ear, nothing helps I have gotten used to the heartbeat sound. it stops if I put my finger right behind my ear, but once I let go, the beat continues.

It randomly happened one day. Did all these inner eye tests, etc. They never told me it was this! I mask it with music, fan noise, etc.

I have this frequently. No high blood pressure. No head cold or inflammation that I am aware of. Just happens. Then I goes away after a short bit.

sad part i randomly get tinnitus and everyday of my life get the pillow pulse thing. Both are very annoying but for me, the tinnitus is much more annoying and worse/im fr deaf in one ear

I was having that issue and they gave me more and a different prescription for blood pressure medicine then later after a CT scan they discovered I needed a stent in my neck, i went off the new medication after that.
