Honestly for an air bnb, as a guest, I’d rather you use the toxic stuff. It actually disinfects vs cleans which is important when different people are coming in and out

you could have a direct website that you share the link only with those repeat customers or ones you think were good guests? kind of like a special club 🙂. and maybe offer an extra discount, like whatever would have been the fee(s) paid to Airbnb. that way you still make the same amount and the customer saves a bit. I'd include a digital waiver as a safeguard in case anything did go south

We use Lodgify! Love it and pricing based on number of rentals plus its hosts the website and back end. The reports are not that great, so we just use the basic and pull the info ourselves.

Might as well have a direct website, VRBO refused to let us use their insurance policy when a guest claimed they were hurt. We had to use our homeowners policy. Just make sure they cover short term rentals!!

Hi I love your content Emma. I would suggest a booking website for repeat guests but keep your listing on Airbnb and VRBO. I would also suggest a separate calendar for your Airbnb/vrbo that’s not through the app just for precaution if internet is down. Make sure if you have your own booking website get insurance to protect yourself and guests.
