collectively human beings are illogical so you can't really introduce a new system openly you have to do it covertly over a long period of time (15yrs) and it has to appear as if the people are the one building it. it has to appear as if it's going against the status quo in order for it to be adopted by the people because you can never convince the people that the status quo is actually creating a sustainable society being that for centuries we have been exploited through a Fiat dead based system which all it did was use technology to modernize indentured servitude
