I imagine it has to feel good just to stand up after being in bed for so long. You’re inspiring me. I am having hip surgery in two weeks and when I’m in recovery, I’m gonna think of you and if you can do it, certainly I can. It’s amazing what the body and mind can recover from. Looking forward to watching your progress.

My dad was 22 when he became an amputee. Take care of your mental health on this very difficult journey. Reach for help daily. My dad became a lifetime alcoholic and I never got to know him. Take care of your whole self and aim for the best recovery ❤
