I seen them a few times over the years. One of the greatest live shows ever. Dave might not be here anymore but Gwar still lives to destroy the universe. The new lineup rocks

I jad the pleasure of meeting him in a hotel bar in the late 90s. GWAR was at a comicon across the street from the hotel and he was just the nicest person. We sat there watching hockey on the TV and had a beer together. Super cool guy.

DamnI miss him! I started going to shows in the 90’s! I had a white hearse he signed w the other members of the band. I became a member of the Slymenstra Hymen Patrol too! Haha! My son now has my GWAR shirt signed by the original band. Still go to concerts but now w my 32 yo that was a fetus at a show in 1993…yes I went to the show 7 months pregnant!

I remember reading about Dave's passing in the wee hours of the morning just before my alarm went off. I cried for weeks. The first show that I saw with Dave not there I don't think I stopped crying the entire time. And even when I talk about him to this day I tear up. He was an incredible man and he was definitely larger than life. He is so incredibly

I saw Gwar several times in the Aughties. the most memorable show was when I saw them the night after Dimebag Darrell was murdered on stage. Dave dedicated Immortal Corruptor to Dimebag. there wasn't a dry eye in the entire venue.
