Intermittent fasting, exercise. Processing things in real time. Journaling and having circle of people helps tremendously. Prayer as well

I’m regulating by slowing down. No urgency. I had a strict routine and beat myself up for missing the gym or not doing what I said I’d do. The last couple of weeks, no Apple Watch, no schedule. Just slow time, comfort shows, everything showers and decompress after work. It’s helped a lot!
